We were established in early 2023 to support school boards, associations, post-secondary, grassroots and community sports initiatives prevent maltreatment, abuse, and discrimination, and uphold human rights.
The Centre for Safe Sport in Schools, Camps, and Communities is evidence-based and education focused.

Our mission is to empower educational institutions, associations, grassroots, and community sports organizations with evidence-based education and comprehensive support to prevent maltreatment, abuse, discrimination, and safeguard human rights.
Vision
Our vision is a future where every educational institution, sports association, and grassroots and community sports initiative is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to protect the human rights, well-being, and dignity of every participant.
What We Do
We are focused on child protection, keeping kids safe at school and in sports.
We work with school boards, associations (e.g.: CISAA, OPHEA, True Sport, Abuse-Free Sport), grassroots and community sports organizations to promote safe sporting environments, free from harassment, discrimination, abuse, and maltreatment. Our focus is on upholding human rights, and preventing abuse across school sports, and local sporting environments for all participants, including students and children.
